The Dark Cosmic Erasure 2023 Capsule is coming with more Milestone Rewards.
League of Legends is getting one of the best skin lines with some newer cosmetics. We are getting four new Cosmic skins, with a champion like Bel’Veth getting a new skin after a long time.
However, what caught the bigger headline was the reveal of a Jhin skin that oddly looked like a Chroma for Dark Cosmic Jhin. However, the Riot Dev Team Twitter account later confirmed that it was not a Mythic Chroma.
It was a Mythic Variant skin called Dark Cosmic Erasure Jhin. Riot later confirmed this in a blog post. The only way to get this skin is to use Cosmic 2023 Capsule and get a chance to get the skin.
This brings us to the Dark Cosmic Erasure 2023 Capsule Milestone rewards, as this is a great event for the one-of-a-king Mythic Variant. However, there is a lot of pushback on this due to this becoming a gacha system.

Dark Cosmic Erasure 2023 Capsule Milestone Rewards
There are eight milestones in the Dark Cosmic Erasure 2023 Rewards. The Capsule itself will give some rewards and the Cosmic 2023 Grab Bag. All of the following information has been found courtesy of Julex Gameplays. Thus, all the details you need to know are as follows.
Cosmic 2023 Capsule
The rewards for the Capsule are as follows.
- Three Random Skin Shards
- 1% Chance to get either Cosmic 2023 Grab Bag or Dark Cosmic Erasure Jhin
Cosmic 2023 Grab Bag
- Contains 1 Skin Shard worth 1350 RP or below
AND
2 Skin Shards 975 RP or more. - Bonus Chance for 2 more Skin Shards worth 975 RP or more.

When Will The Capsule Event Start?
SkinSpotlights states the event will start on August 30, 2023, at 1 pm PT. The event will continue until September 20, 2023, at 11:59 pm PT.
