Patch 13.17 will introduce new Cosmic Skins to League of Legends.
As another PBE day comes around, League of Legends is set to see a bunch of changes. Typically the PBE has an alternating schedule of releasing upcoming skins and balance changes. So those two aspects pop up every other week.
This week, we were awaiting the release of new skins. In Patch 13.16, we are set to receive the Immortal Journey skins. In those, the skin for Kayle is embroiled in a bit of controversy. Other than that, we are getting a Legendary skin for Soraka and several other nice skins.
As for Patch 13.17, we are getting new Cosmic skins. In this release, we will be getting 4 new skins and a Chroma for Dark Cosmic Jhin. Riot has confirmed that this is not a Mythic Chroma and they will update information later. All of them will be of Epic rarity, barring the Chroma. With that said, here are all the skins coming in Patch 13.17.
