The Coven universe is making another return to League of Legends, with Riot revealing four new skins for Janna, Mel, Anivia, and Urgot. While Janna and Mel officially join the Coven, Anivia and Urgot take on the monstrous Old God side of the same universe.

The new lineup is currently heading to the PBE for Patch 26.19, with Coven Janna confirmed as a Legendary skin. Riot has also revealed the official splash arts for all four cosmetics.

In brief:

  • Coven Janna, Coven Mel, Old God Anivia, and Old God Urgot are the four new skins.
  • Coven Janna is confirmed to be a Legendary skin.
  • The skins are expected to release with League of Legends Patch 26.19.
  • Patch 26.19 is scheduled for September 23, 2026.

All New Coven and Old God Skins

The upcoming skin lineup includes:

  • Coven Janna
  • Coven Mel
  • Old God Anivia
  • Old God Urgot

Although Anivia and Urgot do not carry the Coven name directly, Old God skins are part of the same dark fantasy universe. The Coven worship and draw power from ancient entities, while the Old God skins represent those terrifying beings themselves.

Coven Janna

Coven Janna is easily the centerpiece of this release. Riot has confirmed that it is a Legendary skin, giving Janna her first new Legendary cosmetic in years.

Her splash art transforms the usually graceful wind spirit into something much darker. Janna appears with a feathered headdress, black wings, pale hair, and red accents while surrounded by the enormous form of an ancient bird-like entity.

Coven Mel

Mel also joins the Coven with a completely different take on her normally regal appearance.

The splash art keeps her elegant silhouette while adding black, crimson, and gold elements associated with the Coven universe. Her new lore describes Mel receiving twisted death magic after being cast out, putting her directly against the Eclipse Knights.

Old God Anivia

Old God Anivia may have one of the most dramatic splash arts of the entire set.

Instead of simply giving Anivia darker feathers, Riot has turned her into a disturbing owl-like creature with multiple glowing red eyes. Her skin lore identifies her as the Twilight Raptor, an ancient being that despises humanity for squandering nature’s gifts.

Old God Urgot

Urgot’s new skin takes his already intimidating design even further.

Old God Urgot appears as a gigantic corrupted monster covered in dark armor and glowing red energy. His lore reveals that after being slain by the Eclipse Knights, Urgot returned as an embodiment of mortality and decay.

New Coven Skins Price

Riot has not yet published final store prices for the entire set. However, based on Janna’s confirmed Legendary classification and Riot’s usual skin pricing structure, the expected prices are:

SkinExpected Price
Coven Janna1820 RP
Coven Mel1350 RP
Old God Anivia1350 RP
Old God Urgot1350 RP

Janna’s Legendary status makes the 1820 RP price the expected tier. The other three appear to be standard modern skins, making 1350 RP the likely price unless Riot announces otherwise.

Coven Skins Release Date

The new Coven skins are expected to arrive with League of Legends Patch 26.19. Riot’s official 2026 patch schedule currently lists Patch 26.19 for September 23, 2026.

The skins are being tested on the PBE ahead of their live release, so Riot could still make adjustments to models, effects, animations, or other details before launch.
