Patch 25.15 Notes have arrived, and here’s everything you need to know.
The last couple of patches in League of Legends have been quite buff-heavy, with massive buffs to champions like Rammus, Darius, Briar, and so on. However, Patch 25.15 looks quite the opposite, as this patch seems to be on the nerf-heavy side.
The reason behind this patch being so nerf-heavy, according to the “Riot Phreak,” is to combat the previous buff-heavy state of League of Legends in the last couple of months. Thus, in this patch, we will be getting quite a number of champion nerfs, including nerfs to strong support champions Alistar, Rell, and Braum. In addition to these nerfs, strong champions such as Bel’Veth, Master Yi, Nilah, and others are getting some much-needed nerfs.
However, there won’t only be nerfs arriving in this patch as both Riven and Kled are getting some much-needed buffs, while Corki, Illaoi, and Rek’Sai are getting some gameplay adjustments.
Finally, let’s talk about the skins. The much anticipated “onsen” inspired skinline “Spirit Blossom Springs” is arriving in this patch, and it will come with seven brand new skins.

League of Legends Patch 25.15 is expected to be released on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Patch 25.15 Champion Changes
Here are all the champion changes arriving in this patch.
Champion Buffs
Kled had lost about 1% winrate after his Mini-rework, while Riven nerfs from last patch have significantly affected her performance. Thus, for Patch 25.15, buffing these champions.
Kled
Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard
- While dismounted, Kled now also gains 4 bonus armor and magic resistance, increased by 20% for each nearby enemy up to a maximum of 8.
Riven
Passive – Runic Blade
- AD ratio increased to 30% – 55% (based on level) from 30% – 50% (based on level).
- Bug Fix: Third cast no longer has a greatly increased knockback distance against Siege minions and champions.
Champion Nerfs
Quite a number of champions are getting nerfed in this patch, including Alistar, Braum, Pantheon, Quinn, and more.
Alistar
Base Stats
- Base armor reduced to 40 from 47.
Bel’Veth
Passive – Death in Lavender
- Bonus attack speed per stack increased to 0.28% – 1.1% (based on level) from 0.28% – 1% (based on level). Now also scales at level 18.
- Base damage reduced to 0 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30.
- Bonus monster damage increased to 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 from 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85.
Braum
Base Stats
- Base armor reduced to 35 from 42.
- Armor growth reduced to 5 from 5.2.
Irelia
Base Stats
- Base Health Regen reduced from 6 to 3.5.
Master Yi
Q – Alpha Strike
- Base damage reduced to 15 / 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 from 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150.
- AD ratio increased to 70% AD from 50% AD.
Nilah
Base Stats
- Base attack damage increased to 60 from 58.
- Attack speed growth reduced to 2.25% from 3%.
Pantheon
Q – Comet Spear
- Monster damage reduced to 90% from 105%.
Quinn
Q – Blinding Assault
- Base damage increased to 65 / 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 from 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100.
- AD ratio reduced to 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120% bonus AD from 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120% total AD.
Rell
W1 – Ferromancy: Crash Down
- Base shield reduced to 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 from 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125.
Champion Adjustments
Corki, Illaoi, and Rek’Sai are receiving some adjustments in this patch. Due to his overwhelming presence in professional play, Corki is getting some changes to his laning phase. On the other hand, Illaoi is receiving some changes to her E – Test of Spirit, so it’s not as frustrating to play against.
Finally, Riot is bringing back Rek’Sai’s True Damage on her E – Furious Bite. They are also buffing her R – Void Rush.
Corki
Passive – Phosphorus Bomb
- Base damage reduced to 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 from 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270.
- Bonus AD ratio increased to 130% bonus AD from 120%.
- Bonus AD ratio increased to 85% bonus AD from 80%.
- Big One bonus AD ratio increased to 170% bonus AD from 160%.
Illaoi
Passive – Prophet of an Elder God
- Tentacle AD ratio increased to 105% AD from 100% AD.
Vessel debuff duration reduced to 3 seconds from 10.
- Automatic Tentacle slam cooldown against Spirits and Vessels reduced to 4 / 3.5 / 3 (based on level) from 5 / 4 / 3 (based on level).
- Removed: There is no longer a lockout of 1.1 seconds before the first Tentacle slam can happen upon becoming a Vessel.
Rek’Sai
Base Stats
- Base armor reduced to 35 from 36.
- Armor growth reduced to 4.5 from 4.95.
- Knockup immunity reduced to 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds from 10 at all ranks.
- Cooldown reduced to 6 seconds from 10.
- New Effect: At maximum Fury, now deals true damage.
- Damage type while below maximum Fury unchanged (physical).
- Damage at maximum Fury:
- New: Deals 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 / 240 (+ 80% bonus AD).
- Old: Deals 100% AD (+ 8 / 9.5 / 11 / 12.5 / 14% of target’s maximum health).
- While below maximum Fury, damage is now 80% of the maximum-Fury damage instead of explicit.
- New: Deals 80 / 108 / 136 / 164 / 192 (+ 64% bonus AD).
- Old: Deals 100% total AD.
- New Effect: Now places Burrow on a 1-second cooldown on cast.
- Base damage reduced to 150 / 250 / 350 from 150 / 300 / 450.
- Target health ratio changed to 15 / 20 / 25% maximum health from 25 / 30 / 35% missing health.
- Cooldown increased to 120 / 100 / 80 seconds from 100 / 90 / 80.
- Cast fail cooldown reduced to 5 seconds from 10.
Patch 25.15 Skins
The second batch of the eastern-bathhouse-inspired skinline, “Spirit Blossom Springs,” is arriving in this patch.
The skinline will come with seven brand new skins, with Ahri getting a Legendary skin, Aphelios getting a prestige skin, and Sett, Sona, Teemo, and Volibear getting epic skins. In addition, Ahri is receiving her first Mythic Variant skin called After Hours Spirit Blossom Springs Ahri.
