Seer is Better Than Bloodhound in Ranked

In a recent Twitch stream, ImperialHal shared his insight regarding Seer’s capability on the Season 13 ranked meta. In his opinion, Seer is so strong that he makes the ranked an easy mode.

ImperialHal states in his stream that everyone who said Seer was better than Bloodhound was right all along. He even thinks the Seer in the current ranked meta is “broken,” but for good reasons.
