Sona will be getting a Prestige skin in Patch 13.16 alongside a normal skin in the Immortal Journey skin line.
The year 2023 has been a fantastic year for skin enthusiasts. From the Eastern mythology-inspired Lunar Revel skins at the start of the year to the gorgeous Inkshadow skin line at MSI and the Soul Fighter Skin line, Riot has been doing a fantastic job regarding skins. Not only that, but Riot has also announced that they will be bringing back the Immortal Journey skin line for Patch 13.16.
Immortal Journey is a series of alternate-universe skins that features League of Legends champions as mythical heroes and gods wielding majestic weapons. Since its debut in 2017, the skin line has produced some great skins, such as Divine Sword Irelia, God Fist Lee Sin, God Staff Jax, and others.
But despite it being one of League’s more popular skin lines, the last skin from the skin line was released in 2019. But it seems after almost four years of waiting; Riot is finally bringing back the skin line.
Recently, Riot revealed seven new skins for the Immortal Journey skin line. These skins are for Soraka, Shyvana, Zed, Zeri, Kayle, Sona, and an additional Prestige skin for Sona.
