Rare pickaxe is the second variation of the pickaxe in the game. If you want to get this pickaxe, you must have uncommon tools and weapons and a few different machines, mainly a lumber mill, a gem cutter, and a stonebreaker. That being said, here is how you can get a rare pickaxe in Lego Fortnite.
Crafting a Rare Pickaxe in LEGO Fortnite
To get a rare pickaxe, first, you must upgrade the crafting bench to rare quality. To do that, you will need the following materials:
- 12 Knotroot Rod
- 15 Marble Slab
- 6 Sand Claw
- 3 Sand Shell
Sand Claw and Sand Shell can be farmed by killing wolves and rollers respectively, in Desert Biome. As for Knotroot rods, you will have to use the Lumber Mill to make those. For Marble Slabs, you need the Stone Breaker machine.
Once you have the rare crafting bench. Use the following materials to get yourself a rare pickaxe:
- 5 Cut Amber
- 3 Knotroot Rod
Knotroot Rod can be made using Lumber Mill as long as you have some knotroot on you. Since they are pretty common material, chances are you will have plenty to spare. But for the cut amber, you need to use the Gem Cutter.
In the desert biome, you will find large yellow rocks called amber. Bring those to the gem cutter to get the cut amber.
