How To Save Progress
To Save your progress in Lords of the Fallen, you cannot simply do that by clicking on a Save menu; instead, you need to find two specific places to Save your game.
To Save your progress;
Vestige Seeds
You can easily save your progress with Vestige Seeds. Plant the seed in the ground near the Vestige checkpoint to regenerate your life if you die here because of enemy attacks. Gather the seeds from treasure chests or from dead enemy bodies. Sometimes NPCs like Iron Warfayer drop these rare items; run and obtain these seedlings.

These Seeds will help you Save your game till you progress in Lords of the Fallen. Hold the Seeda and look for the White Umbral Flower location nearby. Get to that place and Plant the Seeds onto the ground, and those will grow out in a bright white glowy light.
Vestige Shrines
These Shrines are Statues in the Umbral Flower field. These Statues can be found in missions that include a boss fight or a new region in Lords of the Fallen.

As you find a place like this, hover over to that place and press Rest, and your progress will be Saved easily. Moreover, your Health Stats will increase, and injury will vanish as if it is some medicine.
