A quick guide on how to play Fortnite Battle Royale on the OG chapter 1 map.
On October 13, 2019, the Fortnite End event took place. It was by far one of the most memorable moments for many Fortnite players. There were clues and teasers leading up to the end event that pointed to the destruction of the Chapter 1 map. And on the day of the End Event, it actually happened.
The Zero Point was destroyed and along with it the Fortnite OG chapter 1 map. After the event, Fortnite players were greeted with a black screen with a Black Hole in the middle. All Fortnite social media accounts were blacked out with only one official Livestream remaining to show the live feed of the Black Hole. This Black Hole lasted for more than 2 days and Fortnite players all over the world were unable to play Fortnite during that time.
Then on October 15th the Zero Point reformed and Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 began. All this happened more than 2 years ago so a lot of Fortnite players are feeling nostalgic over the OG Fortnite chapter 1 map. A Fortnite Creative map maker recently succeeded in making a Battle Royale mode playable on the OG Chapter 1 map.
