Like many other items, you will need to kill a boss to unlock the recipe for Cloth. However, this time you will need to fight Beatrice the Tailor. She is a level 38 boss in V Rising, and defeating Beatrice will unlock you the Loom. You can build the Loom with 20 Planks, 12 Copper Ingots, and 4 Wool Threads.

Once you build the Loom, you can use the Loom to craft cloth. The Cloth needs 9 Plant fibers and 3 leathers to make. You can get Leather from the Tannery and plat fibers by chopping grass with a sword.
