A new Hextech skin featuring Ziggs is one the way into the Summoner’s Rift.
After Nocturne, Riot Games has announced that Ziggs will be joining in the Hextech skin line that is set in the alternate universe of Piltover and Zaun. There were 17 champions in the Hextech line and Ziggs will be the 18th member in the crew.
Besides some old skins, Hextech skins are the most difficult skins to get in League of Legends as they require ten gemstones. To maintain the tradition of the recent Hextech skins, Ziggs will also have that purple vibe on him. Besides his skin tone, Ziggs will also have a giant hat with goggles made of gemstones as well. And apart from that, most of his animation looks very simple and clean.
Hextech Ziggs Release Date
On the latest dev post, Riot has announced that they are taking a week-long break. They have also said patch 10.17 will be a small patch with no new skins and champions. And it will only have some balance changes.
Therefore, Hextech Ziggs along with the PsyOps skin line will be released on patch 10.18, September 2, 2020.

As the new skin is part of the Hextech skin line, it can not be purchased with RP, rather in order to acquire the Hextech Ziggs skin players have to spend Ten Gemstones.
