Riot Games has announced a new Hextech Kassadin skin along with the new Odyssey and Halloween skins.
Earlier this month, Riot Games has announced that they are very close to reaching their goal of releasing 120 skin. And now they are planning to deliver around 140 skins by the end of this year. Following up on their goals they have already scheduled multiple skin lines for the upcoming patch 10.21.
And now, Riot Games has announced that after Ziggs, Kassadin will be joining in the Hextech skin line that is set in the alternate universe of Piltover and Zaun.

Besides some old skins, Hextech skins are the most difficult skins to get in League of Legends as they require ten gemstones. In order to keep the tradition of the recent Hextech skins, Kassadin will also have that purple skin tone.
Most of the Hextech skins have very simple animation and Hextech Kassadin is no different. Moreover, with the new skin, Kassadin will be the 19th member of the Hextech skin line.
