After being in the Rainbow Six Siege competitive community for almost 3 years, Giants Gaming has decided to exit the scene.

Before starting the 2021 season, Giants Gaming almost dropped its Siege roster but later decided to continue playing in the brand-new APAC South league. Now, ahead of the start of stage 2, the organization has announced their departure from the game.

“We are extremely grateful for all the love the Rainbow Six community has showered upon us during these years, we will never forget you. Thank you for your support and the memories we have built together,” – Giants Gaming.

Giants’ current Singaporean Siege roster has achieved great success in the past year, finishing both stages of the APAC 2020 season at 1st place and even won the November Six Major. However, after shifting to the new APAC South league, the team seems to have lost their momentum, as they finished stage 1 at 6th place.

But the potential of this squad is still very high, and with Giants now leaving the scene, they will be looking for a new org. As Ubisoft requires a license to participate in the regional Pro Leagues, it is still unclear if this Singaporean will be able to participate in the next stage.
