Mihoyo has finally revealed the 4* rate up characters that will be on the upcoming Genshin Impact Eula Banner.
Genshin Impact is an action RPG game developed by Mihoyo. It is mainly a free-to-play game with a gacha monetization system meaning players can wish for new characters and weapons using money. Since its release, Genshin Impact has reeled in players from all genres. It did so with the beautiful explorable world, interesting story, fluid combat mechanics, and likable characters.

The event banners in Genshin Impact have a rate up 5* and 4* characters which improves a player’s chances of getting that characters.
