Genshin Impact is an action RPG game developed by miHoYo, currently known globally as HoYoverse. The game is mainly free to play with a gacha monetization system. Meaning players can spend real-world money to get Primogems and wish for their favorite characters and weapons.
Players can also get primogems for free by simply playing the game. Some of the activities that offer Primogems are quests, chests, and events. HoYoverse regularly releases events, and completing them awards a lot of Primogems.
The event that’s coming up next in Genshin Impact is called “Across the Wilderness”. The title states this event as, “Timed Cross Country Challenges“. Each day a new route will unlock, and players have to run through and collect Wilderness Balloons.

Duration:
The event will run from 3rd January 2023 at around 10:00 AM(Server Time) until 13th January 2023 at around 03:59 AM(Server Time)
Eligibility:
Adventure Rank 20 or above andnd complete the Archon Quest “Prologue: Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom”.
Event Details:
After the event begins, a new route through the wilds will be available every day for a total of 5 days.
● During the challenge, collect as many Wilderness Balloons as you can to earn various rewards. The more Wilderness Balloons you collect within the time limit, the better your rewards will be.
● Travelers can use the gadget “Wilderness Compass” to obtain various Blessings. Select the best Blessing to use before you start a challenge.
● You can invite a friend to take part in Across the Wilderness challenges together with you. Both Single Player and Co-Op Mode challenge scores can be used in the calculation of event rewards. Both Single Player and Co-Op Mode challenge scores for each route will be included in the Challenge Details results.
