Fortnite x O2 is partnering up to bring a live concert featuring breakout band Easy Life.
Fortnite is one of the most popular Battle Royale games and O2 is a British telecommunications service company. These two are teaming up to bring the Easy Life band for a concert on the Fortnite Creative island.
The concert will be hosted on a creative island made by O2 and players can earn free rewards including a spray and a lobby music for attending the concert and completing challenges.
Epic Games released a blog post on their official website sharing some details about the Fortnite x O2 Creative Concert. The official Fortnite Creative Twitter account also posted about the collaboration recently.
O2 was a few hours ahead and released a video and announced that the O2 Creative island is live.
The Band Easy Life that’s going to host the concert also posted on social media about the future collaboration.

Fortnite x O2 Creative Concert Details:
Schedule:
The Fortnite x O2 creative concert will start around 3:30 PM ET on June 24, 2021. At the aforementioned time, a portal will open up on the O2 creative island leading Fortnite payers to the show. There will also be an “EASY LIFE AT THE O2” playlist in Fortnite.
The O2 island and the easy life experience will be available until 7 PM ET on June 27.
Show length and Songs:
According to the Fortnite blog post, the show will be approximately 20 minutes long and will feature songs from Easy Life’s newest album.
“The show will feature songs from easy life’s new album “life’s a beach.” With a set length of approx. 20 minutes, players have an eventful journey to look forward to in Creative.”
Free Rewards:
Currently, Fortnite players can go to the O2 Creative island and find a redemption code in “O2 Blueroom” for the Squeezy Life Spray. For your convenience, the code for the free Spray is given below.

Also, players who participate in the concert on 24th June will receive the UFOs & Aliens Lobby Track for free.
Rules for Monetization:
Epic also listed some rules for monetization of the concert for content creators. They are given below.
“Content Creators in the Support-A-Creator (SAC) program will be able to host VOD content from the easy life at The O2 experience on YouTube and monetize it. Monetization of VOD content will be active for seven days, and no takedown notifications should occur afterwards. More info:
- In order to monetize their easy life at The O2 content, SAC members need to link their YouTube and Support-A-Creator accounts.
- IMPORTANT: When uploading the content to YouTube, be sure to upload it as Unlisted or Public. If you upload the video as Private, it is possible you could receive a monetization claim on your video.
- For uploading the content on other platforms, refer to your channel’s platform policies for tips on how to avoid copyright strikes.
- Not in SAC? Don’t worry, you can still share your highlights from the experience. However, you will not be able to monetize this content on YouTube.
Please note: For Twitch Creators streaming the experience, we cannot prevent your VOD/clip content from getting flagged by the platform’s copyright detection systems.
