The new survival action role-playing game from Keen Games has passed the one million players milestone on Steam.
Enshrouded, the new game from the creators of Portal Knights has achieved a massive milestone for the Keen Games team. Since its Early Access launch on Steam, the game has sold over a million copies in just four days. Enshrouded had the second-best launch of 2024 on the platform, only behind the worldwide phenomenon Palworld.
The new Zelda and Valheim-inspired game has drawn much attention, showing the immense appeal of survival genre games. Enshrouded is available only on Steam Early Access for PC, and the full game will be available on Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S later in 2024. Developers Keen Games thanked the community on social media after reaching the million-player milestone.

Enshrouded Crossed One Million Players in 4 Days
Keem Games announced on the social media platform Twitter/X that Enshrouded has reached over one million players in just four days after its release on January 24, 2024. Keem Games’ statement on Twitter reads,
In just four days, Enshrouded has attracted over a million players. We are completely blown away by its success and the overwhelmingly positive reception. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank all our players. We are looking forward to continuing the development of the game with your support, aiming to make Enshrouded the best game it can be. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to everyone.

Keem Games also mentioned that the team will continue developing content for Enshrouded in the future and make it the best game for the players.
Enshrouded is set within the magical realm of Embervale, and players will need to use their skills to survive. Eventually, players can build their bases, gather resources, and craft new equipment and gear.
The game currently has a “Very Positive” rating on Steam, with 84% of the reviews being positive. According to SteamDB, the game had a peak concurrent number of players of over 160,000.
Later, players can take on dangerous enemies and will be able to summon friendly, non-playable characters. In addition, Enshrouded also supports up to 16 players in online co-op, where you can play with your friends.
