In Lords of the Fallen, Weight is a significant driving factor in your movements. You will have weight limits for your character, and if you exceed the limit, you will start losing mobility. You will proportionately lose the ability to move, dodge, and block attacks with every addition of weapons and gears after you have crossed the weight limit. If you want to achieve the highest level of mobility, then you will have to keep your weight within 40% of your weight limit. So, keeping your character’s weight in check is very important.

Encumbrance is the stat that showcases your character’s current weight-carrying state. You will find this state by going to the character menu. This stat showcases your character’s current Weight scenario through four conditions. The conditions are, respectively-

  • Light
  • Moderate
  • Encumbered

You are in great shape if your Encumbrance is in Light condition. This indicates that you have swift mobility and your movement abilities are in threshold condition. Staying in Moderate also indicates that you are in a balanced out situation. But if you have the stat at Encumbered, your character will perform underwhelmingly in terms of movements.

Your character will require a lot of stamina while also having lower mobility and movements. You will not be able to bring out your best during combats.

How to increase the weight limit in Lords of the Fallen

The two stats that have effects on your character’s weight-carrying state are Vitality and Endurance. You will have to focus on these stats if you want to increase your character’s weight limits. Try to increase the stats, which in return will increase your stamina and enhance your health.
