Riot Games officially reveals Elderwood Gnar and Rek’Sai skins, releasing on League of Legends patch 12.1.
Similar to last year, 2021 has been a huge success for Riot Games in terms of cosmetics released in League of Legends. We’ve seen some great new skin lines like Space Groove, PROJECT 2021, Sentinel, and some others. And with patch 11.24’s Debonair event, Riot Games is officially concluding 2021.
Now, for the first patch of 2022, Riot has unveiled the Elderwood skin line featuring Gnar and Rek’Sai.
Elderwood is part of the Eclipse universe where champions are monastic knights, forest inhabitants, evil witches, and gods of an old world. Coven and Elderwood are two of the most popular skin lines in the universe. Riot already released Coven 2021 skins earlier this year. And now Gnar and Rek’Sai are joining Azir, Ahri, Xayah, Rakan, and others to be a part of the old world.
