Diablo 4 introduces an open world to the franchise. In this open world, you will encounter a lot of side quests. Though most work as intended, the “Fury Against Fate” bugs out and halts the progress. Here is how you can solve it in the game.

Diablo 4 is the next game in this franchise. Even though Diablo Immortal was released recently, it was mainly targeted toward mobile players and not actually a full Diablo story or experience. So after a long 11 years break, Diablo 4 is released as a sequel to Diablo 3.

One of Diablo 4’s biggest changes is its open-world system. Previous Diablo games stuck with a level-based structure. So the open world is a first in this Franchise. With the open world, there are a lot of quests and side quests for the players to complete.

The game is pretty well-polished for an open world. Most of the open world these days has a lot of bugs. But Diablo runs pretty smoothly, aside from all the server issues at Blizzard. But there is a side quest called “Fury Against Fate” that bugs out and prevents the player from completing it. Fortunately, there is a way to fix it. Here we will show you how to do that.

Fixing Fury Against Fate Bug in Diablo 4

Fury Aganist Fate is not actually a side quest. To be more specific, it is the 3rd quest on a long quest chain. The First one is called Consumed by Pride and is available in the Untamed Scarps area of the Dry Steppes section of the map. Interact with Ealda to begin this questline.

When you reach the Fury Against Fate quest, your task is to wipe out some enemies inside the dungeon with the help of some NPC. But the bug keeps the NPCs from entering the dungeon. This is caused by the event right outside the area. If you see an event called Hold Your Ground in the area, you need to complete this event first.

This event will keep the quest NPCs from going inside the dungeon and completing the quest. So make sure you complete this event. Then you can take the NPCs inside the dungeon and complete the quest normally. This is a workaround for the bug, but it’s not a perfect solution. So you may need to do it a few times before it works.
