Everything you need to know about Johnny Silverhand’s Porsche 911 and how you can get it.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a dystopian sci-fi RPG set in the near future. You play as V, a hired gun based in Night City, the most violent metropolis in the corporate future the game takes place in. During your adventures in the land of debauchery and opulence, you meet the iconic rockerboy, Johnny Silverhand.
How you meet him, I will not reveal at this moment. Although, it is not much of a spoiler as the meeting takes place during the starting hours of the game. Still, it is best experienced firsthand.
After you meet Johnny, you will help him take down a lot of common enemies and rather unwillingly help him with his own goals and motives.

Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of content, including a plethora of customization options for V, your player character. This includes the clothes and items belonging to Johnny Silverhand and his car, the Porsche 911.
Johnny’s car is unlockable in the game right before the start of Act 3 when you reach the point of no return in the story. So you should go for his car before starting the game’s final act.
(To learn more about each act of the game, check out our Main Missions Guide).
So, whether you’re a car enthusiast or a Johnny Silverhand fan, this guide should prove useful to unlock his car.
The Posche 911 II (930) Turbo
With a top speed of 160 mph, Johnny’s Car is a vintage relic that doesn’t quite fit in with the cars of the future, in line with his rebellious personality.
The 911 was Porsche’s first turbocharged car, and by 2077, the time the game is set in, only a handful were left, one of which is Johnny’s. Johnny’s 911 was originally manufactured in 1977, which he modified to his tastes.
After Johnny’s death in 2023, the car exchanged hands until Adam Smasher got a hold of it from Samantha Stevens, a deceased Paramedic. The car was stored in Ebunike Docks, where you can find it.
How to Get Johnny’s Car in Cyberpunk 2077
To get Johnny’s Car, you’ll need to finish the “Chippin In“ gig which is given to you by Rouge Amendiares right before the start of Act 3.
After the quests Search and Destroy and Tapewrom, Johnny will ask for control over your body to talk to Rogue and get her to help him take out Adam Smasher. To do this, go to the Afterlife bar and ask Johnny to let him take over. This will start another quest, “A Cool Metal Fire“, where Johnny is in control.
When this sequence ends, V returns to consciousness, and you can ask Rogue about finding Grayson. After Rogue leaves, you’ll get a new objective to wait a day for her call.
After 24 hours pass, Rogue will call you over to the Afterlife bar, where you can continue on with the quest. Rogue will take you to the Northside docks. After making your way to the Ebunike, a Jeremiah Grayson will ensue.
After the fight ends, Grayson will try to convince you to spare his life, noting that he has something that belonged to Johnny.
If you spare him, he will give you access to the container containing Johnny’s car. However, keep in mind that you can find the car whether you spare him or not as long as you can find the lock to use the access key on.
After removing the canvas, the car is yours to use whenever you want.
Beware that near the end of the quest, there is a sequence where Rogue gets upset, prompting her to leave. You might be tempted to follow her, but you cannot access the car if you do.
