Roach Race is set in the world of Witcher, where you can play as Geralt’s horse, Roach. Your goal is to gather all the food and evade all the obstacles.
So, what’s the catch? You’ll be rewarded with legendary in-game items if you get the #1 high score.

Roach Race Arcade can be found all over the Night City. Moreover, you have access to play Roach Race Arcade games in the apartments owned by V :
- Japantown
- Northside
- Glen
How To Play Roach Race Arcade Game
You need to be careful of a few things before playing this, given that there are two enemies, Gryphon and the Crow.
1. Gryphon
They are mighty enemies that charge at Roach, generally in a straight line, but sometimes it can move up, down, or diagonally.
2. Crows
These are pretty easy to avoid, but it gets more challenging when the stage difficulty progresses. Usually, they fly up and down in one spot, where players can jump over or run below to evade their attack.
However, the difficulty exponentially increases as you progress to newer levels, with more obstacles and enemies you will encounter.
Game mechanics are rather very simple, and the following commands are:
- Jump
- Double Jump
- Glitch
- Pause/Play
- Back
3. Glitch
Glitch is usually used to avoid any obstacles you find difficult to bypass. It will briefly make you invisible, allowing you to evade the obstacles completely. However, you’ll need to wait a few more seconds to use it again.
The yellow bar indicates the cooldown period for when the next glitch jump can be used.
4. Roach Race Power Ups
The Game has two power-ups: The Apple and the Carrot.
Apples give you an instant +20 score, while Carrots speed up Roach allows you to jump slightly farther or higher and receive points faster.
5. Roach Race Double Jump
Roach can perform a double jump to grab apples that are too high to reach with an average jump or escape enemies. You can double jump while the Roach is still in mid-air by tapping the jump button for the second time to activate the Double Jump.

The Roach Race mini-game consists of 5 unique stages, which are the following:
- Stage 1: Plains
- Stage 2: Castle Market
- Stage 3: Forest
- Stage 4: Mountain
- Stage 5: Coast
