All you need to do is, head to the Capcom ID website and log in. Create an account if you don’t have any. After the formal procedure, click on the “Account Page” tab and scroll down to the “External Accounts Link” section. Whatever platform you are playing on, make sure that your platform account is linked to your Capcom ID. All you have to do is now, restart the game, and it should do the trick.
However, from time to time, this could be the old router issue. Un-link and re-link your platform again if the above step doesn’t work. It should do the trick as well.
Moreover, if the issue seems unsolvable, try one last trick. Restart your platform. Legend says it is the most effective way since the dawn of the beginning. None said that. I said that. Just do it!
