In the world of Xion, I’ve come across a lot of intriguing requests on the Bulletin Board. From rescuing my lost friends to uncovering the mysteries of ancient artifacts. But one request that haunts me is till this day is, “Secret Request.”

Why EVE Refused the Secret Request?
EVE, our protagonist, outright refuses to engage with this dubious task. But why she refused such request? EVE refused the Secret Request because she values her principles and her commitment to uphold the law, even in the face of temptation.

The wording of the Secret Request itself is deliciously vague, yet fascinatingly ominous. The listing simply states the client desires “green drops” and for EVE to keep the whole operation hush-hush to avoid detection by the Orcal. Of course, the true temptation lies in the staggering reward – a whopping 5,000 Gold pieces for completing this mission.
How to Get Secret Request in Stellar Blade
Here’s a step-by-step guide to unlock Secret Request in Stellar Blade, and complete Missing Wife request:
- Locate the Missing Wife request on the Bulletin Board and accept the mission.
- Speak with the distraught husband who posted the request to gather more details about his missing spouse.
- Explore the seedy underworld of Xion, scouring every nook and cranny for clues:
- Question informants in the Neon District’s shadowy corners
- Scan surveillance footage for any trace of the missing wife
- Investigate abandoned warehouses and hideouts
- Follow the trail of breadcrumbs, defeating any Navatyn threats that stand in your way.
- Ultimately, you’ll uncover the missing wife’s whereabouts – perhaps she was kidnapped by a rival gang or fell victim to corporate espionage.
- Engage in a climactic battle or negotiation to secure the wife’s safe return.
- Once victorious, reunite the grateful couple and bask in the warm glow of a mission accomplished.
- Return to the Bulletin Board, where a new request will be unveiled: the enigmatic “Secret Request.”
- Attempt to accept the Secret Request, only to have EVE adamantly refuse due to the shady nature of the task.
Player Theories
In my opinion, it seems the developers have cleverly subverted our expectations, leaving this particular listing as nothing more than a permanent tease. A Stellar Blade player, u/VioLop mentioned, “I think it’s scripted, same thing happened to me.”
It didn’t happen to one player. Another player, u/Rexven said, “Just found your post after running into the same request. Glad it seems like it’s scripted, I just wish that pressing X was marked as ‘Refuse’ rather than ‘Accept’ in order to make it more clear.”
