All you have to do is, head to the Pico Pond Cave and search for Bubbul Gem. It will not take that much of long time. Eventually, you will come across Bubbul frogs. Shoot it down and will blurp out Blupees and Bubbul Gems. Get some Bubbul Gem, and head back to Koltin without further delay. To show his gratitude, Koltin will offer you a Bokoblin Mask as a reward. 

Meanwhile, Kilton will inform you that Koltin plans to make his way to Tarrey Town in Akkala.
