Riot Games revealed the 2021 new Blackfrost skin for Sion and Vel’koz. Here’s everything you need to know.
Blackfrost skins are set in an alternate League of Legends universe that is a depiction of Freljord. And all the champions in this skin line are corrupted by the powers of the Ice Witch. Riot first introduced the Blackfrost skin line back in 2013 with the Blackfrost Anivia skin. Later in 2020, Alistar, Rek’Sai, and Renekton were introduced to the squad as well.
Now, Riot Games has officially announced the 2021 edition of Blackfrost skins for both Sion and Vel’koz.

Blackfrost Sion Skin

With the new Blackfrost skin, Sion now has a total of 7 skins in League of Legends. Worldbreaker Sion was the last skin that he received back in 2020.

Blackfrost Vel’koz skin will be his 5th skin in League of Legends. It will also be his first skin since the Infernal Vel’Koz skin that was released in 2020.
