Like every other RPG, the character of the players will have an energy bar in Baldur’s Gate 3 as well. While exploring and fighting around, players will see a significant loss in their energy, and this can only be restored by visiting the camps. Players need to visit the camps and rest in order to replenish their energy bar.

Entering the camp might be an easy task, but leaving it might be a bit confusing for a lot of people. There are two different ways to leave the camp and get to start your tasks in the game. In this article, we will discuss all the actions you can take to leave the camp.

How to Leave Camp in BG3

The camp is mainly used for resting and gaining back the energy of your character. In Baldur’s Gate 3, there are two types of rests. The short rest is free and only takes 15 minutes from the game. Although it only gets back half of your energy. On the other hand, taking a long rest will require you to interact with a bedroll and spend 40 resources. In return, you can replenish your full energy.

Now, there are two ways to exit the camp. The first and easiest way is to use the bedroll and click on the ‘Leave Camp’ option that will appear on your screen. You can also press on the fire icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and press on the ‘Leave Camp’ option. Leaving the camp in this way will take you back to the location you were before coming to the camp.

If you don’t want to return to your previous location, press on your character using the cursor on your screen. Now open the ‘Map’ section of the screen and select the waypoint in which you want to fast travel.
