Larian Studios is back with a brand new Baldur’s Gate sequel for all the D&D and RPG fans out there. Even though the PS5 release for Baldur’s Gate 3 got pushed back to September 2023, PC gamers can dive into the world of Faerun right now and live out their ultimate RPG fantasy.
Baldur’s Gate 3 will take you back to the Forgotten Realms and throw you right into the face of danger. As you get abducted by the Mind flayers, they infect you with parasites that slowly corrupt your body and soul. However, you also gain new powers and abilities that can be used to shape the very fate of Faerun.
After crashing your ship in an escape attempt, you are left to explore the Forgotten Realms in search of a cure. During this time, you will meet various people that will join your quest and become loyal allies. Among them, you might even find someone to fall in love with.
However, the game’s story is far from linear and can branch off into any direction based on the choices you make. This includes choosing to fight the darkness or becoming the very face of it.
