Popular Apex Legends streamer ShivFPS was recently banned from Twitch after going on a rant during his last stream about a hacker.
Shivam Patel, more commonly known in the Apex community as ShivFPS, recently had a run-in with a hacker while streaming Apex Legends. The hacker was apparently stream-sniping ShivFPS for days and later locked him out of his main account. ShivFPS made the following Tweet on April 15, letting his fans know about being locked out of his Apex account. He said,
“Day 1 one of a hack user locking me out of my account on @PlayApex, but I clap back by making alt accounts. FeelsGoodMan. Good night, see you all tomorrow.”

ShivFPS Killing Hacker Clip:
ShivFPS was harassed by the hacker for many days and was also locked out of his Apex account, which made him unable to stream. But Shiv got his revenge soon enough.
Shiv and his teammates managed to kill the hacker in a game of Apex Legends soon after. After the hacker got knocked down, Shiv immediately went to the hacker and started shouting slurs at the hacker.

ShivFPS Banned:
Recently, ShivFPS received an email from the Twitch moderation team. In the email, the moderation team let Shiv know that he would be receiving a 7-day ban due to the use of hateful slurs. According to the mail, using hateful slurs against another player in the game is against Twitch TOS. Shiv’s Tweet about the ban mail,
“Alright, well, I received an email that I’m gonna get a 7-day suspension on Twitch. This one, however, in my mind is bullshit, and I’m pretty sure it was for raging at that idiot hacker who was locking me out of playing Apex when I had him on my team prior. not deserved in my mind.”
Shiv believes that his trash-talking to the hacker after killing him is what caused his 7-day Twitch ban. He said,
“LETS BE HONEST HERE, THIS SUSPENSION WAS PROB FROM THIS MOMENT. BUT I DO NOT GO BACK ON MY WORDS. I WAS TARGETED BY A HACKER AND LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR DAYS ON END. AND I KILLED HIM IN GAME WHICH LED TO”
Shiv has said that he will be appealing the ban and asking Twitch to consider the whole situation, which might give his case a more firm foundation.
