Respawn Entertainment entered the highly competitive free-to-play FPS market with Apex Legends, which is basically a battle royale spin-off of their popular Titanfall franchise of video games.
As this was Respawn’s first foray into the free-to-play market, they went with the tried and tested ‘freemium’ model to monetize the game. Meaning there is no barrier to entry. However, players can still purchase cosmetic items using real money to customize their play sessions.
Among these cosmetic items, battle passes are by far the most cost-effective way to get your hands on some pretty amusing skins. Battle Passes in Apex Legends usually contain legendary reactive skins for weapons, non-reactive legendary skins for characters, sky emotes, banners, Apex packs, crafting materials, and more.
Also, players have the option to purchase only the battle pass and grind out all the rewards up to level 110 or collect everything from the very beginning of a new season by purchasing all the Battle Pass levels as well.

Season 12 Battle Pass First Look
Thanks to a prominent Apex Legends data miner, we have an early look at the battle pass skins for the upcoming season 12 battle pass.
- Legendary Skins: EVA Auto, Peacekeeper
- Epic Skins: Ash, Crypto, Lifeline, G7 Scout, C.A.R SMG
- Evolving Reactive Legendary Skins: Hemlok

Also, a new Ash skin with the codename “Rebel Biker” has been found in the game files. This will come with the season 12 update.
Based on the leaks, the Hemlok is the next one in line to receive the ultimate reactive skin treat from the cosmetic department at Respawn. These reactive skins are really sought after by the Apex community. And Hemlok users will surely rejoice at this news.
Apex Legends Season 12 Battle Pass Price
Based on previous battle passes, expect to pay around 950 Apex coins to unlock the season 12 Escape battle pass, which equates to around $10 dollars.

Apex Legends Season 12 Battle Pass will be available with the new season, which is set to go live on February 8, 2022.
