Respawn finally reveals Apex Legends’ latest Collection Event, bringing the long-awaited Fuse Heirloom, a brand new LTM, and more exciting stuff.
Every season, Apex Legends releases one or more Collection Events. These are large updates that include several balance-changing patches, brand-new cosmetic items, limited-time game modes, and other features.
Collection Events in Apex Legends also introduce Heirlooms. Because Heirlooms are the most valuable items in the game, everyone is always curious to see what Heirloom is waiting in line.
Apex Legends has revealed the Season 18 Collection Event, continuing the previous trend. It is Resurrection’s second-largest update, and Respawn named it the Harbingers Collection Event.
Harbingers Collection Event
As previously mentioned, the Harbingers Collection Event is Season 18’s second big update, following Death Dynasty. Due to a lack of content, the first Collection Event was not well received by the community.
The latest Collection Event, however, has some intriguing content for the player base, particularly for Fuse mains, as the Legend will receive his Heirloom in this Harbingers Collection Event. As always, the event will include a brand-new, unique set of skins.
Moreover, Respawn is introducing a brand new LTM in the new Halloween-themed map, World’s Edge After Dark. Here’s everything you need to know about the Harbingers Collection Event.
Fuse’s “Razor’s Edge” Heirloom
Fuse is getting his long-awaited Heirloom in the Harbingers Collection Event. Although the news has been public for a while, his Heirloom’s look has remained dark until now. But with the official trailer, Respawn revealed the Razor’s Edge, which is nothing other than a modified electric guitar that goes with Fuse’s edgy personality.
New LTM: Living Shell Trios
A new ordinance is upon us—the Rev Shell. For a limited time, take out your enemies with a target-seeking grenade that looks almost as scary as the damage it does. Grab a shell, toss it in the air, and it will take care of the rest—looking for valid targets before dealing significant damage.
But beware; your opponents can take aim and shoot it down to cause an early detonation. Living Shell Trios are available for the full length of the Harbingers Collection Event, September 19–October 3, 2023.
Map: World’s Edge After Dark
Shrouded in Darkness, World’s Edge becomes a bewitched battleground, featuring updates to once familiar POIs. Enter the Pain Yard at your own risk to fight around a train going nowhere or keep warm by The Tree in its flaming glory. But watch out for lava—it’s an MRVN’s worst nightmare and maybe yours too.
You can earn up to 1,400 points daily; challenges refresh daily, and all challenges stack with your Battle Pass, so you can complete multiple challenges simultaneously. Take on additional skill-based goals to unlock three unique variants of the Harbingers badge, and collect all three to unlock a grand final badge for completing everything.
