Respawn Entertainment graciously presented the Apex Legends player base with an end-of-the-year sale featuring some new and returning skin collections.
It has become somewhat of a tradition at Respawn to shower the built-in digital shop in Apex Legends with great deals, especially around the holidays, to incentivize players to splurge on some good-looking cosmetic items.
As Apex Legends is a free-to-play title, paid cosmetic items such as skins constitute a significant component in this battle royale. As such, the dedicated team at Respawn works to create unique skins for the players to keep the player base engaged.
Respawn usually does an amusing job of creating some truly amusing-looking characters and weapon skins. Unfortunately, they might have missed their mark with Horizon’s launch skin bundle that arrived alongside the year-end sale.
