The release date of the upcoming Collection Event in Apex Legends Magic Witch featuring the long-awaited Seer’s Heirloom has been revealed.
Every season, Respawn usually releases Collection Events, the biggest mid-seasonal updates in Apex Legends. These Collection Events are special because they bring legend-specific Heirlooms into the game.
Apart from the Heirlooms, the Collection Events introduce new Legend and Weapon skins, Limited Time Game modes, free cosmetic items, and more. So, players are always excited to find out what surprises await them.
Previously, Respawn used to release a Collection Event and a Thematic Event every season. However, the developers are following an unconventional approach this season, as two Collection Events are taking place in the same season with no Thematic Event present.
The first Collection Event in Season 15, called Wintertide, is still ongoing. Wraith got her Prestige skin in the same Collection Event. The next Collection Event will take place very soon, and it has the codename “Magic Witch,” where Seer will get his long-awaited Heirloom.

Magic Witch Collection Event
Seer Heirloom
When Wraith’s Prestige skin was announced for Wintertide Collection Event, many players were upset as they didn’t get the Seer Heirloom. However, little did they know there would be two Collection Events in Season 15, and one would bring Seer’s long-awaited Heirloom into the game.
Data miners such as KralRindo, SWL, and HYPERMYST found Seer’s Heirloom in the game files, and it appears to be a par of sickles. However, it’s not your average sickles. They fold into Crescent Blades.
Respawn is just getting better and better with every new Heirloom release. So, expect Seer’s sickle to be an extraordinary one too. The name of Seer’s Heirloom hasn’t been revealed yet. Nonetheless, here’s a first look at Seer’s Heirloom.
Magic Witch Collection Event Skins
Apart from Seer’s Heirloom, HYPERMYST also found some Epic weapon skins and Banner Frames that will be part of the Magic Witch Collection Event. However, Collection Events usually include 24 unique cosmetic items. So, more is yet to be leaked.

Like always, Respawn will make a Limited Time Mode playable in the Magic Witch Collection Event. However, it is still unsure if they’ll bring back any old LTM or introduce a new one for this event.
Magic Witch Collection Event Release Date
The Magic Witch Collection Event will go live on January 10, 2023.
