Apex Legends Genesis Collection event brings a ton of new cosmetics, free rewards, and an heirloom for Revenant.
Respawn recently announced the Genesis Collection Event and at the same time released a blog post detailing all the new info about it. We will be getting the OG Kings Canyon and World’s Edge maps back and Skull Town will be part of the Arena map rotations. There were also changes made to Apex Legends characters including Octane, Revenant, Bloodhound, etc. Some weapons changes were also made including a Spitfire nerf, 30-30 repeater buff, and others.
The blog post also gave us a first look at the Collection event cosmetics as well as a Revenant Heirloom which is a Scythe as tall as a human. Below you will find details about all the Apex Legends Collection Event skins as well as the Revenant Heirloom.

Apex Legends Genesis Collection Event:
Genesis Collection event Duration:
The Apex Legends Genesis Collection Event starts on June 29, 2021, and will run until July 13th, 2021. That means we will have a total of 2 weeks to fully enjoy everything the event has to offer.
Revenant Heirloom:
Revenant is the next Champion in Apex Legends to get his heirloom. His heirloom is a folding Scythe that’s almost as tall as him. The Scythe blade can also extent by unlocking the hinges within it.
As usual with all collection events, the way to unlock the Revenant Heirloom is to get every single event item.
“All 24 items will be available through direct purchase (for Apex Coins or Crafting Metals) and in Genesis Event Apex Packs for the entire duration of the event. If you collect all 24 event items, you’ll unlock the Revenant Heirloom set.”
The Revenant Heirloom as well as its equip, unequip and inspect animation can be seen in the video below-
Revenant’s Heirloom will be available in the heirloom crafting section when the collection event ends.
Genesis Collection Event Skins:

Rewards Tracker and Free Rewards:
Apex Legends players can unlock some pretty cool rewards by playing during the Genesis Collection Event and accumulating points. The free rewards include gun charms, loading screens, a Watson Skin, Legendary skins for a Charged Rifle, and the Eva-8.
Players will be able to get 1,600 points per day and the challenges will refresh daily.
