Respawn is infamous for making mediocre skins and putting them into the game. This fan-made Charge Rifle concept proves it once again.
Apex Legends is a free-to-play Battle Royale game that was released in 2019. Players don’t need to purchase the game to play. However, they can buy cosmetic items from the in-game store with real money to customize their game sessions.
EA releases tons of cosmetic items through the Apex store. These skins and cosmetic items are released in the store through Special Events, Special and Featured Offers, or Battle Passes. As usual, these skins usually cost players a lot of money.
However, not all skins are given elite treatment. For example, Mythic items are the most expensive and stunning-looking cosmetic items in the game. Similarly, Battle Pass reactive skins are also the second most sought-after items as they are supposed to be unique, good-looking, and rare.
Like all the previous Battle Passes, Season 15 also features two Reactive skins at 100 and 110 levels. This time the Charge Rifle is the weapon of choice for the premium treatment. Nonetheless, many fans were disappointed with this season’s Reactive skin.

Fan-made Charge Rifle Skin Concept Looks Better
Apex Legends has a dedicated fanbase that often surprises the whole community by creating astonishing skin concepts of different Weapons and Legends. Similarly, a Reddit user named u/MaidenMonarch surprised the community by showcasing their Charge Rifle skin concept.
The user named the skin concept “Gilded Glass.” Judging by the appearance, the skin looks to be inspired by the “Gaze Eternal” Revenant skin. And, Psky25 also thinks this to be the case.
The main thing about the skin that caught people’s attraction is the pure attention to detail. The design of the iron sight, in addition to the small details throughout the skins, makes this Charge Rifle a piece of art, and the community appreciates the effort.
Similar to u/Po1yphic and u/Fuzzybuzzy514, many also think that this skin looks so much better than the current Battle Pass Reactive skin. Nonetheless, it would be great to see some fan-made skins make it into the game in the future.
