EMEA Team Vexed Gaming Breaks the ALGS Kill Record
ALGS is divided into 5 specific regions. NA, South America, EMEA, APAC North, and APAC South. The Pro League, Challengers Circuit, and Qualifiers are all conducted separately in each region, and the chosen teams are seeded for the Playoffs.
One European team playing in EMEA Pro League is called Vexed Gaming. The team consists of newly recruited MaTaFe, unlucky, and Tyler. And the players are already showing their worth by getting 23 eliminations in a single match on day 6.
Vexed Gaming was playing so casually in a pro league lobby which seemed like a walk in the park for them. Even then, they couldn’t win that match and got 3rd position after coming so close to winning. If they became 1st, they might’ve even gotten more kills.
Another fun fact about this tournament was that another EMEA team named Aurora broke the kill record just one match before, with 21 eliminations in a single game. Unfortunately, Vexed didn’t let it last for long.
Currently, Vexed Gaming is holding 2nd position in the EMEA Pro League: Split 1’s overall standings with 86 points, followed by the previous record kill record breaker Aurora with 76 points. However, they are overtaken by Acend, sitting at the top of the leaderboard with 93 points.
