In PoP The Lost Crown, you go through multiple biomes, each filled with puzzles that are only solvable with the unique abilities you learn throughout the entire game. The game also throws numerous kinds of enemies and powerful bosses at you.
One of the most important and essential elements of the game is the Wak-Wak Trees. Wak-Wak trees are used to heal yourself and also replenish your resources like health potions. Furthermore, it is also used to change your loadout, save the game, and lastly, serve as a respawn point.
So, make sure you’re topping up your health and resources whenever you have access to these trees.
All Wak-Wak Tree Locations in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Lower City
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 1: Located in the room with the chest on the upper left of the first area.
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 2: Directly to the right of the Mage’s shop.
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 3: Located underneath Jahandar’s lair. Only accessible after you release the broken statue of the goddesses from the time anomaly. Once you do, head directly left.
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 4: Take a left from the statue of goddess to find a room with a series of spike trap puzzles. You need the Rush of Simurgh ability to navigate the traps and find the tree.
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 5: After learning how to use Chakram, go to the room towards the left. Upon entering, go up the wall and use the pole to go towards the upper right of the area to find the tree.
- Lower City Wak-Wak Tree 6: Only accessible after learning the Dimensional Claw Time Power. You need to first find a combustible object like the purple glowbugs in the Hyrcanian Forest or a red barrel in the Lower City. Once you do, throw it at the rocky barrier and continue downwards.
Hyrcanian Forest
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 1: You cannot miss this tree as you’ll encounter it just after entering the Hyrcanian Forest from the Lower City. The tree is located just inside the forest.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 2: Across the mushroom platform and past the arrow refill.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 3: Found in the area above where you find the Menolias’ Bow. You have to shoot the mushroom spores with the bow to open the platform. Climb up and go right to find the tree.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 4: Use the Menolias’ Bow to activate the mushroom platform and you’ll find this tree at the edge of a ruin located there.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 5: Automatically found during The Path to the Sand Prison quest.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 6: Only accessible during The Path to the Sand Prison quest, it is located in the area preceding Kiana, the Forest Queen’s boss. It also serves as a save and a respawn point for the boss fight.
- Hyrcanian Forest Wak-Wak Tree 7: After gaining the Dimensional Claw, head upper west area of the map from the Soma Tree you found earlier. Again, this tree can only be reached during The Path to the Sand Prison quest.
Sacred Archives
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 1: Located at the top of the area where you first enter the Sacred Archives. Use the Hogwarts-like shifting stairs to make yourself to the top.
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 2: A little tougher to locate, this tree is almost at the top of the map. After you make yourself to the top, dodging and weaving through the onslaught of fire bombs, use the wooden scaffolds and then make a left to find a Homa Statue. From there, go further left, and you’ll find the Wak Wak Tree.
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 3: From the first Homa Statue you find in the Sacred Archives area, head to the right and go upstairs. There, a series of bell platform puzzles will appear, and you must navigate through them. Then, run past or fight the green ghost-like enemies, and the room with the Wak-Wak Tree should be right there.
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 4: Found by going west of the Temple of Knowledge and navigating through a series of rune traps. Again, navigate through the shifting stairs, and you’ll find the Wak-Wak Tree at the top of the area.
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 5: Only accessible after obtaining the Clairvoyance Time Power. You can find the tree at the top of the Temple of Knowledge’s main area. Use your power to reveal walls that you can use to jump upwards. Head left, and you’ll find the tree there.
- Sacred Archives Wak-Wak Tree 6: Located just before the room where you confront the Jailer and above the Clairvoyance puzzle.
The Depths
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 1: Found right after the poison and spike roller challenge with the spirit.
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 2: Found when completing The Tiger and The Rat quest. You will actually find both the first and the second Wak-Wak tree during this quest.
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 3: Located at the tail end of The Tiger and The Rat quest. It is in the room right before you fight the Alternate Sargon.
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 4: You need to unlock the Shadow of the Simurge to gain access to the platform challenge room. You’ll find the tree atop the platforming challenge.
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 5: Go to the bottom of the platform that leads to the Catacombs area of The Depths and into the Sunken Harbour.
- The Depths Wak-Wak Tree 6: Located left of the room where you fight the Giant Crab.
Upper City
- Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 1: Can be reached after finishing the Chakram puzzle room. After you reach the top using the chakram elevator, go to your right, and you’ll find the tree there.
2. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 2: Go to the west of the area, and you’ll find the tree near the two weights. Found after your pursuit for Anahita.
3. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 3: Can only be accessed during The Celestial Guardians Quest. You will find the tree just before you arrive at the palace doors where the Old Man is supposed to be.
4. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 4: Found exactly right of the previous tree. You can get there after your talk with the Old Man.
5. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 5: Can only be accessed after you gain the Gravity Wings Time Power. Go to the area where you started your pursuit of Anahita, and then head to the next room. Make yourself up until you find a garden area. You need to hold your own against a number of enemies on your way there. You’ll find the Wak-Wak tree at the top of the puzzle room you need to navigate through.
6. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 6: This tree can be found after the large chandelier platforming area. Use your Gravity Wings to get atop of the area.
7. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 7: Located at the base of the Royal Corridors.
8. Upper City Wak-Wak Tree 8: Located right before the final boss area.
Sunken Harbor
- Sunken Harbor Wak-Wak Tree 1: Located near the entrance of the Sunken Harbor.
- Sunken Harbor Wak-Wak Tree 2: Located in the middle of the Sunken Harbor. The room in which it is located acts as a safe hub where there are no hostiles.
- Sunken Harbor Wak-Wak Tree 3: Located far west of the area and is surrounded by corpses.
- Sunken Harbor Wak-Wak Tree 4: Located southwest of the Sunken Harbour and next to the entrance of the Pit of Eternal Sands.
The Pit of Eternal Sands
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 1: Located east after you first arrive in The Pit of Eternal Sands.
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 2: Ride the falling sands near the first tree and head west. The Wak-Wak Tree is located below a platform you’ll be standing on. Interact with it to reveal the tree.
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 3: After interacting with the Old Man again here, go directly east and down. The tree is located at the bottom.
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 4: After gaining the Gravity Wings power, head east past the old man and the platforming challenge, and you’ll arrive at the tree.
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 5: Starting from the rising sand waterfall, make your way to the west and head up using the rising sands. The Wak Wak Tree is in the room to the left, which you can reveal by destroying the wooden scaffolding blocking the top area.
- The Pit of Eternal Sands Wak-Wak Tree 6: Located at the very east of the Pit of Eternal Sands, past the rocks and the rising sands.
Raging Sea
- Raging Sea Wak-Wak Tree 1: Located at the center of the ship’s interior.
- Raging Sea Wak-Wak Tree 2: Found after passing the time-frozen sea and fighting the floating jellyfish.
- Raging Sea Wak-Wak Tree 3: Located inside of the burning ship. Go inside and go through the S-like corridors, and you’ll find the tree there.
- Raging Sea Wak-Wak Tree 4:Located at the tail end of the burning ship where the broken mast platforming stage is.
Tower of Silence
- Tower of Silence Wak-Wak Tree 1: Found during the Father and Son Quest in the Tower of Silence. Open the gate using Fabric of Time power and pull the chains of the door. Next, make your way by using your grapple and head up and to the left side.
- Tower of Silence Wak-Wak Tree 2: Located directly above the Kaheva’s Forge. Make yourself up and across the broken platforms to reach it.
- Tower of Silence Wak-Wak Tree 3: Found in the middle area of the Tower of Silence. Use your Fabric of Time power to hold onto the grapple points, and you’ll find the last tree at the end of the section.
