Finding all symbiote nest locations & completing them will grant you a new suit & EXP. This guide will help you to find the nests.
Spiderman-2 is filled with side quests and missions. With the inclusion of Venom symbiote in the game, you know that there will be side quests regarding them as well. And Insomniac didn’t back out from this one.
After Harry merges with the symbiote and becomes Venom, he wants to ‘Cure’ the world by spreading the venom symbiote all over New York (not a great plan).

As a result of this, you have symbiote nests growing all across the city. There are 10 in total, and in this guide, I will show you the locations of each of them.
You will unlock the ‘King in Black’ for Miles, not to mention the ton of EXP you will get by completing each nest.
Symbiote Nest Locations in Spider-Man 2
Here are the locations of all symbiote nests spread throughout New York:
Upper East Side
You will find two symbiote nests in the Upper East side of the city. The first one is beside the underpass on the side of the river.
The second one is around Friar’s Coffee, which is located on the northeast side in the intersection between York Avenue & E103rd St.
Upper West Side
There is only one symbiote nest on the Upper West side; you can find it around the coast side of the old underground railway tunnel.
Chinatown
You will find a nest in southern Chinatown near the H.E.A.R.T. emergency center.
Harlem
There are two nests in Harlem. One on the eastern side close to the OSCORP plant.
The other one is located in central Harlem, next to the police station.
Financial District
If you look into the northern side of the financial district, you will find another nest right next to the H.E.A.R.T. center.
Williamsburg
Look into the baseball court at central Williamsburg, and the nest is right there.
Little Odessa
The last nest is located at a parking lot near the south of central Little Odessa.
