Riot Games officially teased PROJECT 2021 skins featuring Varus, releasing in League of Legends patch 11.11.
PROJECT is one of the most popular skin lines in League of Legends that is set in an alternate universe in the city of a Cyberpunk world. After 2019’s PROJECT: Reckoning skins there was not much information about when the new edition of PROJECT skins are going to be released in League of Legends till now.
However, there was a recent leak that indicated that PROJECT would make a comeback in 2021 with Legendary and Prestige skins. Even though those are still speculations, Riot Games however accidentally teased the upcoming Varus skin in a deleted Twitter post.
Varus is now confirmed to receive a PROJECT skin but what other champions will join him is still unknown. The leaks might have predicted the skin line, but Varus was not included on the list. Therefore, we will still have to wait a few more days to get the official announcement from Riot Games to confirm them.
