To get the Zora Armor in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you may follow the steps below:
Start “Sidon of the Zora” Quest
Talk to Yona at the Infirmary to start Sidon of the Zora quest. She will ask you to find the Ancient Arowana Fish and meet the Blacksmith Dento.
Find Dento
Blacksmith Dento can be found in the Eastern General Store. Dento will tell you the location of Ancient Arowana Fish. He will ask you to visit Ploymus Mountain and search for the rare creature.
Get to Sidon
To get to the top part of the Mountain, you may use the Sidon Tower and glide to that place. Once you have reached the top, use the stairs to get close to the stairs of Mipha. There you will find a pool with two Ancient Arowana Fishes. Press A to grab one of the Fish.
Get Back to Yona
Once you have gotten the Fish, return to Yona and give her the Fish. She will reward you with the Zora Armor, finally.
Remember, the Ancient Arowana Fish at Great Sky Island’s Nachoya Shrine can also be found. Use the Ascne power and go to Mine Cave; you will find an Ancient Arowana lake there. From the lake, you will find the rare Fish.
