How to Rewind Time
To Rewind time in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you may follow the steps below:
Complete “The Closed Door” Quest
To unlock the Rewind ability, you must complete “The Closed Door” quest first. Visit Temple of Time after you have visited the Shrines at Great Sky Island. Try to open the door, and once the door is opened, this quest will be completed, and you will have the Rewind ability unlocked.
Use this ability to rewind the wheel at the Shrine’s back area and go up to see the goddess statue there. Once you have done that, it is time to upgrade this Rewind ability.
Visit “Nachoyah Shrine”
Visit Nachoyah Shrine, and you will find its location on the map. Once you have entered that place, you will see many ancient Zonai instruments and machines. Follow that path; you will come to the puzzle area.
Use your Recall ability to change the place of the raft in the water body at the Shrine. Lift it and get on it; you will see a Chest in that area. There, you will find a gate, carefully get past it, and be given the Light of Blessing. With the Light of Blessing, you may return to the Temple of Time and give it to the goddess there. And your ability will eventually upgrade in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Remember, you may need to use the Rewind ability more than twice while you complete the Nachoyah Shrine Puzzle. With the ability to Rewind time unlocked, you can now use it to fight enemies when they throw something at you, and you get to control the object pretty easily. But remember that there is a timer of rewinding in a blue circle. Once the timer goes off, the Rewind power will go off, too, and you may need to Rewind.
