How to Get Cold Resistance
Cold Resistance Recipes
Cooking cold resistance recipes is rather an easy task to do in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can find Spicy Peppers spread all around you while exploring different areas. This one ingredient is enough for you to cook cold resistance recipes and gain cold resistance along with some HP.
In order to cook these recipes, you need cooking pots which can be found located at different locations around the map. If you find a cooking pot, take the Spicy Peppers in your hand and place them in the cooking pot to successfully cook the Sauteed Peppers.
You can also add other ingredients with the Spicy Peppers. Any ingredient mixed with spicy peppers will result in a food item that will grant you cold resistance. Besides, you can also use Sizzlefin Trout, Sunshrooms, and Warm Safflina instead of Spicy Peppers to cook recipes that grant cold resistance.
Cold Resistance Armors
The Snowquill Armor has made its return through Tears of the Kingdom. This armor provides you with the cold resistance buff permanently. Snowquill Armor can be bought from the Rito Village. The prices of the parts of the armor are:
