Riot has revealed the upcoming legendary skin for Wild Rift, Mythmaker Gwen.

In Wild Rift‘s first major yearly update (like 2.0, 3.0, 4.0), we always receive the Lunar New Year skins. And this year is no exception.

Lunar New Year is a celebration of the beginning of the lunisolar calendars, whose months are based on moon cycles. It is one of the first major cultural events of the year. Furthermore, as it is a traditional festival in China, it is also most commonly known as “Chinese New Year.”

As 2023 is the year of the rabbit, Riot has revealed the upcoming lunar skin line for Wild Rift, Mythmaker. Additionally, This skin line emphasizes the rabbit features, like more fur and long ears.

Furthermore, there are 5 Mythmaker skins revealed for Wild Rift. Moreover, the legendary skin for this skin line will be Mythmaker Gwen.

Gwen is an AP bruiser released in patch 3.4. And currently, she is one of the strongest solo laners in the meta. Although, she can still be played in the jungle.

Additionally, thanks to her versatile kit and people not opting for magic resist items, Gwen can be a menace in ranked. Even in pro play, she has one of the highest pick rates in the game. Although she is weaker in the early game, after she reaches level 5, she becomes very potent.

In Wild Rift, Gwen only has one skin, Space Groove Gwen. This skin will be her second skin released in the game. Moreover, it will also be her first-ever legendary skin.
