Riot Games is once again bringing back the VALORANT Champions tournament in 2022. Teams have gone through never-ending battles to reach this pinnacle of VALORANT to take away the title from 15 other teams throughout the world. However, only the two best teams will duke it out to become the VALORANT Champions 2022.

This year’s VALORANT Champions is happening in Istanbul, Turkey, where hundreds of thousands of eyes will shine on one trophy and cheer for their favorite teams to win. Last year, the European eSports organization Acend won the VALORANT Champions title. It’ll be exciting to see which team gets to take the title this year.

When is VALORANT Champions 2022 Final?

VALORANT Champions 2022 Group Stage started on August 31, 2022, with 16 teams fighting against each other in a GSL format. 4 groups were made of 4 teams in each group. 2 teams from each group advanced to the Playoffs consisting of 8 total teams.

The Double-Elimination format of the Playoffs started on September 9, and will end on September 13, 2022. The Playoffs will result in the two best teams in the world who will be going against each other in the Grand Final to take the VALORANT Champions 2022 title.

The Final stage will start on September 16, 2022, two days after the Playoffs Bracket Stage ends. The Lower Semi-final and Upper Final will be held on the same day. On September 17, 2022, the Lower Final will happen.

The winning team from the Upper and Lower Finals will fight against each other in the VALORANT Champions 2022 final on September 18, 2022.

How to Get the Free Reward?

To get the Champions Hero Card on the day of the Grand Final, you need to link your Twitch and YouTube with your VALORANT account. After linking, you can watch the Champions tournaments and get the drops on September 18, 2022.

For YouTube, you need to sign in, go to account settings, and find Riot Games Account under the connected account tab. Once you click connect, you need to log in with your Riot Account.
