The season 3 update will be a major update as Activision has to make sure they gain traction for Call of Duty: Vanguard as Modern Warfare 2’s teaser will arrive at the end of April, with an official trailer rolling in May.
Everything We Know so Far about Season 3
A Brand New Battle Pass
A brand new battle pass is underway with new legendary skins, free COD points, weapon blueprints, and most importantly two new weapon additions coming in at 15th and 30th tier. The new weapons might be a sniper or marksman rifle and a shotgun, but that is just speculation as no relevant information about the weapon has not been revealed yet.

There have been leaks suggesting the WW2 ‘London Docks’ map returning with many more classic game modes in line with it.
Players might also receive new skin bundles, including two new Mastercraft bundles and a few featured bundles. With the backlash they are getting for the new Mastercraft bundle, we can expect Sledgehammer Games to tweak them as they are the most sought-after item in Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone.
New Limited Time Event and Rewards
A ‘Godzilla vs Kong’ game mode rumor has been circulating around in the Call of Duty community. The new limited-time event might feature the two monsters fighting each other and many more limited-time rewards for players taking part during the events.
