Warzone 2.0 Season 2 Reloaded
The newest weapon joining Warzone 2.0’s weapon pool is the Tempus Torrent. Tempus Torrent is a marksman rifle which is a DMR by nature. The weapon can be unlocked by completing in-game challenges or purchasing a bundle from the store.
Players are already discussing the prospect of this new Marksman Rifle becoming a part of the long-range meta for Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.
Weapon adjustments are imminent for the mid-season update. The devs are preparing for buffs and nerf to many weapons in the weapon pool. Currently, the meta is one-sided, as a few weapons remain underpowered for close and long-range gunfights.
New Game Mode
IW is allegedly adding a one-shot Sniper game mode for Warzone 2.0. Players have been demanding one-shot Sniper Rifles since the launch of the game. However, the devs have been adamant about not buffing the Sniper Rifles, as they might create a more campy playstyle in general.
A new notable feature is making a return to the game, the Redeploy Drones. The redeploy drones are being added to the game as a faster travel medium. The inclusion of redeploy drones was delayed as the feature was not in a stable condition during the initial Season 2 update.
