With the release of ACT 3 of VALORANT, Riot Games will be introducing another entirely new map to the game followed by a new agent allegedly called “Skye” one patch cycle later.
Icebox is going to be the next map in VALORANT. Since the VALORANT community has been asking Riot Games to add a new map in the game, Riot Games happily obliged. As the name implies, the whole map is covered in ice.
Furthermore, as with each new ACT, Riot Games will also introduce a new agent. However, this time around the map will release first and the new agent will follow at least one patch cycle or two weeks later. As the new ACT 3 will feature a lot of new content, Riot Games decided to hold off on the release of a new agent to make sure the release gets all the polish it needs.
