Upgrading Sanguinarix in Lords of the Fallen
In order to upgrade Sanguinarix, you will need to find and talk with Pieta at Skyrest Bridge. But before that, you must engage in a fight with her and defeat her in the battle. After getting defeated once, she will respawn again at the Skyrest Bridge. After going to Pieta, you will need to give her Saintly Quintessence to upgrade Sanguinarix. Each unit of the upgrade will take up one Saintly Quintessence.
After defeating Pieta once, make your way to the Skyrest Bridge, and you can find her to the left of Vestige. Interact with her and select the Upgrade your Sanguinarix option. Now, select the amount of charges you want your Sanguinarix to have. With each upgrade, you will get a boost in the percentage of HP recovery.
