‘Headshot’ Arcade game mode
In this special Rainbow Six game mode, body shots will not deal any damage to enemies. So, players will have to aim for the head to defeat their opponents.
According to Ubisoft, Siege’s new Headshot arcade mode will take place in an updated map pool of Coastline, Bank, Outback, and Clubhouse. Here two teams will face off with Chrome bodies and switched gadgets to take the win. Attackers are team Silver, with Stun Grenades and Breach Charges at their disposal, while team Gold on Defense has access to Barbed Wire and Bulletproof Cameras.
With no preparation phase or reinforcements available, this new game mode is set to be full of fast-paced action and fun. However, landing that important headshot will require skill, so practice your crosshair placement, peeking, recoil control, and everything that helps you win those 1v1s.
During the Year 7 roadmap reveal, Ubisoft announced that they will be making the Arcade game modes a permanent playlist in Y7S4. So, Siege players will be able to choose between a plethora of different game modes, depending on their mood.
However, for now, the game mode will last for a limited time, ending on April 5th. So go and try out this new playlist for yourself now, before it’s too late.
