According to League of Legends Leaks & News, better known as LeagueOfLeaks, True Damage is expected to return with new skins during Season 3 Act 2.
The original True Damage lineup consists of Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, and Yasuo. Riot introduced the group at Worlds 2019 alongside its debut single, GIANTS, with all five champions receiving True Damage skins.
True Damage has largely remained dormant since then, making a potential 2026 comeback particularly significant for fans who have waited nearly seven years for another proper release.
